As a courtesy reminder, you are sent texts + emails regarding your appointment via Gloss Genius. Please save it in your phone. SAME DAY appointments if you arrive past 15 mins for your appointment you will receive a $20 late fee & your scheduled service charge. Please arrive on time. CANCELLATION 48HR appointments is 50% your service. NO CALL NO SHOW is 100% of your service. CHANGE OF SERVICE is 100% of your service. NO CHARGES will incur before a 48HR cancellation. NO REFUNDS. LASH FILLS 60% of lash retention is $65 (standard fill) 40% of lash retention is $85 (extended fill) 20% of lash retention is a NEW SET COMMUNICATION IS KEY WITH YOUR ARTIST TO BOOK YOU APPROPRIATELY. (Pictures help.) A card on file IS REQUIRED at the time of booking, This ensures I keep last minute cancellations and no-shows to a minimum so I can run my business efficiently. Your card information is secure and will not be shared with anyone under any circumstances. This is strictly to enforce my cancellation and no-show policy.  Children and plus ones are not allowed during service due to limited space, unless they are also receiving a service or it has been approved by the stylist.
