A minimum of 24HR notice is required to reschedule or cancel your services without any payment penalty. Rescheduled same day appointments is 75% your service. SAME DAY appointments if you arrive past 15 mins for your appointment you will receive a $20 late fee & your scheduled service charge. Please arrive on time. its up to your service provider if they will service you. NO CALL NO SHOW is 100% of your service. NO charges will incur before a 24HR cancellation.
